Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed in the Cleverupps shop. They're written to be read — if anything is unclear, just ask us before you order.
1. Who we are
The Cleverupps shop is operated by Cleverupps, Stationslaan 39, 1980 Zemst, Belgium — company number (KBO/BCE) 0724.738.765, VAT BE 0724.738.765.

2. What this shop sells
We design and 3D-print small-batch products in Belgium: toys and fidgets for kids, gear for dogs, and decorative objects for the home. Every piece is printed to order — we don't hold warehouse stock.
3. Product information & 3D-printed characteristics
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including photos, dimensions, and materials. Because every piece is individually 3D-printed, the following characteristics are normal and not defects:
- Fine layer lines on the surface — inherent to the printing technique.
- Small cosmetic variations between pieces — each print is slightly unique.
- Colours that differ slightly between your screen and the printed result.
- Small manufacturing tolerances in dimensions (typically a fraction of a millimetre).
4. Ordering
You place an order through the cart and checkout on this site. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed, and you'll receive an order confirmation by email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example a pricing error or material shortage), we'll contact you and refund anything you've paid.
5. Prices
All prices are in euros and include Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Obvious pricing mistakes don't bind us, but we'll always contact you before cancelling an order because of one.
6. Payment
Payments run through Mollie's secure hosted checkout (Bancontact and other methods depending on your country). We never see or store your card details. Your order is only confirmed once Mollie confirms the payment.
7. Shipping & delivery
Because every piece is printed to order, allow a few business days of production time before your parcel ships. We ship with tracked services via Sendcloud (bpost and partner carriers). Delivery estimates shown on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We refund the purchase price and standard outbound shipping once we receive the return in good condition.
9. Exception: personalized & made-to-measure items
The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized — for example items printed with a name or in a custom colour combination chosen by you. Whether a product is personalized is stated on its product page before you order.
This exception never affects your rights when an item is defective — see the warranty page.
10. Returns
Return instructions are on the returns page. Returned items should be unused and in a condition that allows us to resell them; you may inspect an item the way you would in a shop.
11. Legal guarantee
You have the legal guarantee under Belgian consumer law for defects that existed at delivery. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we'll repair, replace, or refund as the law provides.
12. Product safety
Please read and follow the safety guidance for the product category you're buying — especially for children's items and pet products. Products must only be used as intended.
13. Children's products
Products intended for children state an intended age group on the product page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are not suitable for children under 3 because small parts can be a choking hazard. Adult supervision is advised where indicated.
14. Pet products
Dog products are designed for supervised play. No toy is indestructible: inspect regularly and remove a damaged item. Products aren't suitable for heavy chewers unless a product page explicitly says so.
15. Home décor products
Décor items are decorative objects. They're not load-bearing, heat-resistant, or food-safe unless a product page explicitly states it.
16. Your responsibilities
- Provide a correct delivery address and check your order details before paying.
- Use products only as intended and follow the safety guidance.
- Inspect items on arrival and contact us promptly about any problem.
17. Liability
We take care with everything we make, and nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory Belgian or EU consumer law gives you, or our liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm caused by defects for which the law makes us liable.
Beyond what mandatory law requires, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the product's intended purpose or the safety guidance.
18. Force majeure
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as supplier failures, carrier disruption, power or network outages) delay or prevent fulfilment, we may suspend or cancel the affected order. If we cancel, we refund what you paid for it.
19. Governing law & disputes
Belgian law applies. We'd like to solve any problem directly with you first — just email us. If we can't work it out, disputes go to the competent Belgian courts. As an EU consumer you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
