Our products are designed with care, but how they're used matters just as much. Please read the guidance for the category you're buying — it keeps kids, dogs, and homes safe.
Children's products
- Use only for the intended age group stated on the product page.
- Not suitable for children under 3 unless the product page explicitly states otherwise — small parts can be a choking hazard.
- Provide adult supervision where the product page indicates it.
- Inspect the toy before each use.
- Stop using it immediately if it's cracked, broken, or damaged — sharp edges can appear.
Dog & pet products
- For supervised use only — never leave a dog alone with a toy.
- No toy is indestructible. Inspect regularly for damage.
- Remove the product immediately if pieces come loose or it's damaged.
- Not suitable for aggressive chewers unless the product page specifically states it.
- Clean with mild soap and lukewarm water before first use.
Home décor products
- Intended for decorative use.
- Not load-bearing unless the product page states otherwise.
- Keep away from high heat — radiators, direct strong sunlight, open flames. 3D-printed materials can deform when hot.
- Not dishwasher-, microwave- or oven-safe unless explicitly stated.
- For indoor use unless the product page states otherwise.

If a product arrives damaged or breaks in normal use, stop using it and contact us — we'll make it right.
