Shipping & Delivery

Every piece is printed after you order it, then shipped with tracking. Here's how that works and what it costs.

Production time

We don't ship from a warehouse — your order goes onto the print bed after you place it. Allow typically 2–5 business days of production before your parcel ships.

Where we ship

We ship within Belgium and to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

Shipping costs

Belgium: €5,95 flat — free for orders of €40 or more.
Other countries: the live carrier rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracked delivery

All parcels ship with tracking via Sendcloud (bpost and partner carriers). You'll find the tracking link on your order page once your parcel ships. Delivery within Belgium typically takes 1–2 business days after shipping; other countries typically 2–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or the tracking stalls, email us at info@cleverupps.be with your order reference. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, where a parcel is lost or the contents arrived broken, send a replacement or refund you.

Your address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — it's printed on the label exactly as you enter it. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you; reshipping may involve a new shipping cost.
